Course Description:
There is little knowledge or attention to foot/ankle issues in nurses who stand/walk for large parts of their workday, allowing these issues to continue. We hope to see increased studies on the topic that map signs and symptoms, with the goal to put into place/improve preventative measures for nurses in prolonged standing and walking environments to lessen the prevalence of foot and ankle issues.
