Course Description:
Employees in America are highly affected by work-related stress, a problem that increased during the COVID-19 pandemic. This stress can have impacts on one’s mental and physical health. mHealth (mobile health) apps can fill a gap here for easier intervention to help people with job-related stress and the symptoms it causes. This article explores the ins and outs of mHealth apps for this purpose.

Upon completion of this journal CNE module, the learner will be able to:
- Discuss the incidence and impact of work stress in North America.
- Identify and classify web and app based mHealth interventions for stress management at work.
- List the strengths and weaknesses of mHealth interventions for stress management at work.
