Course Description:
Employers and employees are still grappling with the best way to handle the health challenges that come with remote working. COVID-19 rapidly brought remote working to many companies. This changed the nature of employers’ obligations to their employee’s health and well-being. Working from home brought new physical and psychological health challenges. The impacts of the unique challenges that come with working from home and COVID-19 need to be considered in the occupational health nurse’s role. This study focused on 2020-2021.
