AAOHN 2024 Leadership Institute Webinar Series: Critical Communication Tools Enhance a Successful Diverse Workplace
Developing leadership qualities and skills in the nursing and business environment is critical to the success of the occupational health and safety specialty. At past AAOHN National Conferences, AAOHN has offered an in-person Leadership Institute workshop. Based on the previous success of this workshop and the positive feedback from the Dare to Lead: Leadership Discussion Panel held at this year’s virtual conference experience, we are evolving the Leadership Institute into a bundled series of on-demand topics.
